Front Of House - Sales/Merch/Guest Experience: The Front of House (FOH) - Sales/Merch/Guest Experience team member plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for guests attending our dance competitions. This individual will be responsible for greeting guests, managing sales of merchandise, answering guest inquiries, and assisting with event logistics to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Master of Ceremonies - Music Controller: The Master of Ceremonies (MC) & Music Controller is a key figure in ensuring the smooth flow and energy of a dance competition event. This role involves engaging with the audience, introducing performances, and managing the competition's schedule, while simultaneously handling music cues and ensuring all tracks are played accurately. The MC/Music Controller works closely with event staff, judges, and competitors to keep the competition on track and exciting for both participants and spectators.

Runner - EDC Studio Rep: The Runner - EDC (Euphoria Dance Competition) Studio Representative is responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the event by acting as the primary liaison between dance studios, competitors, and the competition’s production team. This role involves providing hands-on support to studios, ensuring that competitors are informed, prepared, and in the right place at the right time. The Runner is also responsible for relaying important information and handling various tasks to ensure that the event stays on schedule and runs smoothly.

Social Media: The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of the dance competition. This role involves creating, curating, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms to generate excitement, interact with attendees, and promote the competition’s brand. The ideal candidate will be creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about dance, with the ability to engage an audience and grow the competition’s social media following. This person will work closely with our Marketing Director.

Backstage Assistant: The Backstage Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all backstage activities during the dance competition. This role involves coordinating with performers, managing backstage logistics, assisting with award setups, and facilitating the seamless flow of performances and schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and enjoys working behind the scenes in a fast-paced event environment.

Backstage Manager: The Backstage Manager is responsible for overseeing all backstage activities, with a focus on the check-in process and managing the flow of dancers leading up to their performances. This role ensures that dancers are checked in, organized, and lined up in the correct order, maintaining efficiency and minimizing delays. The Backstage Manager is essential in coordinating communication between the performers, their teams, and the event management staff to ensure the competition runs smoothly.
